IT training

The Director in Information Center Lab (computer lab) has noticed that students have been requesting that new software be installed onto the campus machines. He decides to order Windows 7 and install it on all the PC machines in the computer labs and to train the IT staff, who will in turn help the lab users as needed. However, he is concerned that this process may not be smooth, will involve different types of learners, and will have software that will require different and new functions. He wants us to intervene to help the transition to the new software go as smoothly as possible.
