[Blinkies]
Take a look at some blinkies I have made below! You can use the Neopets ones in your userlookup, shop, etc. NOTE: You can only use the ones made for Neopets.com on Neopets.com. If they appear on any other website without a link to Neopets.com, it would be a copyright infringement. To use a blinkie, just copy the code underneath each blinkie, and paste wherever you want to. Do not remove the link back. I made some of these pixel by pixel, so don't steal! These aren't transparent and would work better on a white background...
