PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral Presentations:

  • Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes.
  • Speakers will have 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions.

Format:

  • Please submit your Power Point presentation during on-site check-in.
  • Presentations should be submitted on a finalized CD-R at this time.
  • Power Point will be the only format available for oral presentations.
  • Laser pointers should be provided by the speaker.

Poster Presentations:

  • Presenters will be provided with information regarding the specific location of their poster during on-site check-in.
  • Format: Poster size is limited to 1.0 x 1.2 meters
