Nicole L. Davis is an instructor in the Hospitality and Tourism Administration program at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She specializes in culinary tourism, destination marketing, and tourism education. Dr. Davis is a native of southern Illinois and has a vested interest in helping regional tourism organizations develop and promote the area. She is currently on the advisory board of the Southern Illinois Culinary Tourism Destination development project and has been an intricate part of this new venture. |

Dr. Davis provides community and campus organizations with dining and business etiquette training. Her etiquette seminars have helped students from all age groups and backgrounds gain a better understanding of the importance of proper etiquette in everyday life! |
