SIUC now has a website dedicated to eforms used by the university.

To find the Travel Voucher:

1. Go to: http://eforms.siu.edu
2. Click "Find a Form" in the top lefthand corner.
3. Type Travel Voucher into the Keyword Search box and press enter.
4. Select the appropriate form by clicking the desired link.

Note: This site will be taken down at the end of the Fall 2007 semester.
